博士，硕士生导师，教育部学位中心“硕士、博士”学位论文抽检通讯评议专家、陕西省体育与健康分会运动康养分会常务委员、中国仿真学会专委会委员，主要研究方向为体育运动心理学理论与实践、体育运动与儿童青少年脑智提升等。主持教育部人文社科、陕西省社会科学基金等省部级课题5项，参研国家级、省部级项目10余项。近年来，发表核心期刊论文30余篇，其中第一作者或通讯作者身份发表的核心论文16篇。教学方面，主讲《青少年行为成瘾运动干预、心理问题运动干预》、《羽毛球理论与技能教学》、《体育经济学》、《健康教育学》等研究生和本科生核心课程，致力于通过科学理论与运动实践相结合的方式，促进学生身心全面发展。
