Personal Profile
Born in August 1979. Graduated from Taiyuan University of Technology in September 2001 with a bachelor's degree in inorganic non-metallic materials. In September 2002, under the tutelage of Professor Cao Quanxi from Xidian University, he studied the preparation technology of ZnO varistor and obtained a master's degree in electronic components in March 2005. In September of the same year, under the tutelage of Professor Zhang Heming from Xidian University, he studied for a doctorate degree in microelectronics and solid-state electronics. After graduating from his Ph.D. in December 2008, he stayed as a teacher and lectured on the course of "Quantum Mechanics" for undergraduates. He compiled and published the textbook "Quantum Mechanics" for undergraduates and the textbook "Silicon-based Strained Semiconductor Physics" for postgraduates. In terms of scientific research, he is mainly engaged in the research of Si-based strained materials and devices, and Si-based monolithic monolithic optoelectronic integration technology. The scientific research projects completed include the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan", "Twelfth Five-Year Plan", "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan", 973 Project fund, national defense pre-research project, national defense science and technology pre-research fund, weapon equipment pre-research fund, national defense science and technology key laboratory fund and other 20 key projects. He has successively published more than 100 academic papers in domestic and foreign core journals and academic conferences at home and abroad, and has been indexed by SCI and EI more than 60 papers. More than 40 national invention patents have been authorized in terms of material growth, characterization, device structure and models. In 2012, he won the second prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of the Ministry of Education. From September 2015 to September 2016, with the funding of the China Scholarship Council, Mr. Martin Green's team from the University of New South Wales, Australia visited for one year, mainly engaged in the research of Si-based Ge virtual substrate laser recrystallization technology . At present, personal teaching and research interests involve quantum device physics, advanced quantum mechanics, quantum communication, quantum computing, etc. The research directions mainly focus on wireless energy transmission technology, laser recrystallization technology and novel semiconductor materials and device design.
